Dr. Hauge has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological surgery since 1994 and was in neurosurgical private practice in Knoxville Tennessee with Neurosurgical Associates for 33 years. Since retiring from active neurosurgical practice on March 31, 2023 he has maintained an active neurosurgical consulting practice with Neuro-Care Resources and Consulting, PLLC.
